A note about lunch….

Generally, in the warmer months (soups are my fav when it’s cold) my lunches are a ‘platter’ - a collection of bits and bobs I have in the pantry or fridge, eggs are usually the centrepiece, and perhaps a little leftover meat.

With this in mind, under this section, I’ve provided some recipes for the foods I add to my lunchtime platter as well as a few ways to serve eggs.
