Directions:
Add one level teaspoon (per 230ml cup) to freshly boiled filter water, let infuse for
10 minutes, strain and enjoy - first thing in the morning (for optimum results).
Maintenance – 1 cup daily
Detox – 3 cups daily (for a maximum of 6 weeks, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner)
Do not exceed 3 cups daily.
Recommended dose:
Adults (12 years and over) – 1 tsp in 230ml (as directed above)
Children 6-12 year – 1/2 tsp in 230ml
Storage
Store sway from moisture light and heat in the packet provided, ensure the bag is sealed.
